Florist Flow

Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 August 2026

Using the service

Florist Flow is provided to Shopify merchants to configure flower-order options on their storefront. You are responsible for your store content, fulfilment promises, delivery settings, card products, prices, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Current plan prices, trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are shown on Shopify's hosted pricing page. Uninstalling the app ends future use but does not remove obligations already incurred.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material, or use Florist Flow in a way that violates Shopify's terms or applicable law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Florist Flow reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the preceding three months. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions can be sent to huhululuworld@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia.
