Florist Flow helps Shopify merchants collect card choices, delivery or pickup preferences, requested dates and times, and special instructions for flower orders.

We process shop information, installation credentials, product information, app settings, availability rules, card options, and files a merchant chooses to upload. Customer-entered card messages and order notes are added to the Shopify cart and order so the merchant can fulfil the order.

We use information only to operate, secure, support, and improve Florist Flow; provide the features selected by the merchant; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.

We use Shopify to provide commerce and billing services and Render to host the application. Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve issues, meet legal obligations, or until the merchant uninstalls the app and applicable retention periods expire.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Merchants can uninstall the app at any time and may request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting us.
